The primary aim of Ashgrove Park and Clyde House Day Nurseries is the happiness and wellbeing of the children in our care. This includes making sure every child receives an enjoyable and challenging learning and development experience that is tailored to meet their individual needs. We endeavour to give each child the confidence to learn and develop at their own pace by giving them an inviting range of activities, resources, experiences and opportunities in an atmosphere of encouragement and choice. We value each child’s voice and foster a sense of belonging and trust. We build close bonds with the children, which creates positive interactions between children and practitioners.
We actively promote British values in our nurseries, including; democracy, rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance for those with different faiths and beliefs. We put these values at the heart of our nursery and strive to demonstrate them through all our practices.
This means that we actively promote equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice and strive to ensure that every child is included and not disadvantaged because of ethnicity, culture or religion, home language, family background, learning difficulties or disabilities, gender or ability.
Clyde House offers a friendly, warm, and fun environment for children to learn and play. My three year old daughters loved it from day one.
